Destroyed housing refers to residential properties damaged or destroyed due to hostilities after February 24, 2022. The Ukrainian government has implemented a compensation program for owners of such properties.

The "єВідновлення" program offers compensation for destroyed housing. Owners can apply through the "Diia" application or other official channels. Compensation is provided in the form of a housing certificate, which can be used to purchase new housing on the primary or secondary market, or to invest in a property under construction. The certificate amount is determined by a special commission based on the area of the destroyed housing, the year of construction, and the average cost per square meter in the region.
