The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution according to which 665 million hryvnias will be allocated from the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression to compensate owners of damaged housing under the «eVidnovlennia» programme.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development, this decision will provide funding for the restoration of 7,389 residential premises damaged by the hostilities.

The ministry reminded that citizens can receive financial assistance for repairs through the programme «eVidnovlennia»:

  • Category A — up to 200 thousand hryvnias
  • Category B — from 200 to 350 thousand hryvnias for apartments or from 200 to 500 thousand hryvnias for houses

The state budget for 2025 allocates 1 billion hryvnias for the implementation of the «єВідновлення» programme, of which 400 million hryvnias is earmarked for repairs of category A and 600 million hryvnias for category B.

At the end of March, «Diia» expanded the capabilities of the «eVidnovlennia» service, including the option to apply for compensation for the reconstruction of housing on one's own land plot.

We remind you that in Ukraine, the total funding gap for reconstruction needs in 2025 is almost ten billion dollars.
