Russian troops attacked Poltava region. Photo: https://utg.ua/On the night of 11 February, Russians launched a combined attack with 19 missiles of various types at gas production facilities in Poltava region. As of now, 9 settlements are without gas supply
This was reported by the Poltava Regional State Administration, «Naftogaz» and the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is noted that no hits to civilian infrastructure were recorded in the region. The company «Naftogaz» reported that the attack was aimed at its facilities.
«Naftogaz Group's production facilities in Poltava region were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties», the statement said.
The company added that it is taking measures to stabilise the gas supply situation in Poltava region.
As a reminder, US President Donald Trump claims that Ukraine has agreed to provide Washington with access to rare earth minerals worth $500 billion.
