Declarations are mandatory documents submitted by officials and public servants in Ukraine to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) to report their income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Declarations are a key tool in combating corruption, as they allow for monitoring the property status of officials and identifying possible cases of illicit enrichment. The declaration system includes annual reports as well as special declarations upon taking office, resignation, and in cases of significant changes in property status.
