Evacuated Ukrainians, photo: GURUkraine is evacuating its citizens from dangerous areas of Lebanon. As of now, 30 people have already been taken out.
This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to him, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry, the Foreign Intelligence Service, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are working on the evacuation. They have already organized the removal of 30 Ukrainian citizens — women and children, who are now safe.
«We continue this work whenever there is a need somewhere in the world to help our people and bring them home — we do it. And we will do it,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
We will remind how the last two residents were evacuated from Makiivka in the Luhansk region: the village was 99% destroyed.
