The Mykolaiv Region Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service plans to spend 281.3 million hryvnias this year on resurfacing the R-81 «Kazanka — Snihurivka — R-81» motorway.
This is according to data from the ProZorro public procurement system, NikVesti reports.
Two tenders were announced simultaneously. The first concerns the Kazanka — Snihurivka road on the section between km 93+055 and km 96+633. This section is to be repaired at a cost of 67,247,162 hryvnias.
The Service for Restoration and Development is also seeking a contractor to repair the section between km 103+931 and km 108+931 for 214 million 88 thousand hryvnias.
Contractors are to carry out a range of road surface repair works. Specifically, the works include milling the old asphalt concrete layer, levelling and preparing the road base using a gravel-sand or gravel mixture, as well as laying a new road surface using an asphalt concrete mixture and mastic asphalt. Separately, the application of horizontal road markings is planned.
Participants currently have the opportunity to submit their proposals. The winners will be selected after 30 April.
As a reminder, the Kobleve community plans to allocate 3.3 million hryvnias from the local budget for road repairs.
Overall, as of April, Mykolaiv region has entered the top three in Ukraine in terms of road repair progress — since the start of the year, 69.3% of the planned works have already been completed in the region.
We would also like to remind you that the Mykolaiv Region Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service reported that no major repairs to state roads are planned for 2026. As of the end of 2025, it was reported that over 29.4 billion hryvnias are required to repair the roads in the Mykolaiv region.
