Voznesensk plans to adjust the project for the overhaul of the canteen and dining hall of Lyceum №10 so that the institution can receive state co-financing.
This became known during a meeting of the permanent deputy commission on humanitarian issues of the Voznesensk City Council, according to NikVesti.
Last year, Voznesensk already allocated 2.1 million hryvnias to repair the canteen and dining hall at Lyceum №10. Also, 8 million 384 thousand hryvnias were to be allocated from the state budget. However, as Svitlana Kysiliova, head of the education department, explained, the project to repair the canteen did not meet the requirements for child nutrition due to insufficient space.
At the same time, the lyceum has basement premises that can be converted to meet the needs of the dining room. To do this, Svitlana Kysiliova says, it is necessary to amend the design and estimate documentation. The adjustments require 284 thousand hryvnias.
«We were not selected for a state subvention because the dining room itself is not big enough. Therefore, in order to implement everything related to HACCP and meet the requirements for catering, it is necessary to use the basement. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the design and estimate documentation. And due to the basement, we will add metres, there will be some utility rooms, storerooms», said Svitlana Kysiliova.
She added that after updating the project, the hromada plans to reapply for a state subvention for repairs.
The members of the commission supported the draft decision to allocate additional funds for the project documentation and recommended it for consideration by the session.
