A shelter has been set up in the Kherson region for dispatchers who receive calls around the clock and coordinate ambulance visits.

This was announced by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

He noted that now emergency medical workers will be in a safe room of almost 280 square metres.

«I talked to our emergency dispatchers. In just three months of this year, they have processed more than 18,000 calls from residents of the region, and about four thousand patients have been taken to hospitals», he said.
