This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.
It is noted that all the victims are construction workers.
«Six civilians were injured, five people were in moderate condition, one man was in serious condition,» the message reads.
Law enforcement officers and emergency services are on the scene.
It will be recalled that on July 27, Russian military personnel fired on the city of Hlukhiv in the Sumy Oblast with anti-aircraft missiles. A child died as a result of the attack.
