Italian charities and the Ukrainian diaspora in Italy have donated 11 lung ventilators to hospitals in Mykolaiv region.

According to the health department of the regional administration, the devices were distributed among seven hospitals in the region. In particular, Bashtanka, Veselynove, Voznesensk and Pervomaisk hospitals received the equipment. Two devices were transferred to the Mykolaiv Regional Oncology Centre, three to the Regional Clinical Hospital and one to City Hospital №5.

«Today, in such a difficult time of war, unity and mutual assistance are extremely important, including to support the medical sector. That is why it is very valuable that there are caring people who are ready to provide such support and take care of others with dedication», the statement said.
