New real estate and land plots: what the heads of factions of the Mykolaiv City Council declared

The heads of factions of the Mykolaiv City Council made public their savings and property for 2023 in their annual declarations. No significant changes have been observed among the officials, but during this time some of them purchased real estate, transport and received financial assistance.

For 2023, the deputy declared a 1,047-square-meter catering building, a cafe with a 244.5-square-meter summer playground and a canopy, and an apartment in Mykolaiv with an area of 31.5 square meters.

She also declared a residential building with an area of 249.6 square meters, two plots of land of 5 and 710 square meters, and a non-residential premises of an art workshop. The deputy leases eight plots of land from the city council.

Her husband owns two apartments of 54.5 square meters and 34.9 square meters.

Hanna Remennikova owns three cars: a 2015 Fiat Doblo truck, a 2014 Mercedes-Benz truck and a Renault Kangoo truck. Valentyn Berestnev owns one 2017 Volvo XC 90 passenger car.

Her husband, Valentyn Berestnev, received 203,126 hryvnias at the Olympic Basketball Training Center last year. He received more than a million hryvnias of income from his entrepreneurial activities.

In cash, the couple keeps 190 thousand dollars and 1.9 million hryvnias.

What is in the declaration of the head of the faction «Servant of the People» Tetyana Dombrovska?

According to the declaration, Tetiana Dombrovska leases two plots of land from Mykolaiv City Council.

In joint ownership with her son and daughter, she owns two plots of land in Mykolaiv, apartments with an area of 49.4 square meters and 122.9 square meters, as well as a house of 244 square meters. She owns an apartment with an area of 122.9 square meters in Odesa in joint ownership with her son Mykola. There, the deputy has her own apartment of 86.3 square meters, in Mykolaiv the woman has three more apartments with areas of 75.6 square meters, 20.3 square meters and 29.7 square meters.

Non-residential premises, a commercial pavilion, non-residential premises of shops and a shopping complex are also listed as jointly owned with children.

Last year, Tetyana Dombrovska's income from entrepreneurial activity amounted to 3 million 115 thousand 109 hryvnias. Dividends from «Smart Finexpert» and «Business Investment Group» in the total amount of 9 million 332 thousand 105 hryvnias were credited to her. Also, for 2023, she was awarded a pension in the amount of 85 thousand 862 hryvnias and assistance from ePidtrymka in the amount of 18 thousand hryvnias.

According to the court verdict, she also reimbursed 27 thousand 246 hryvnias from Vital Havronskyi.

Another 36,000 hryvnias was received by her daughter Daria from ePidtrymka.

Tetiana Dombrovska keeps 7.2 million hryvnias in cash. She received 200,000 hryvnias as financial assistance from «Inhulska Loza» LLC. She keeps another 4 million 748 thousand 840 hryvnias in bank accounts.

She also declared 41 thousand 214 dollars and 4522 euros. Another 2,000 euros is kept in the account of Mykola's son.

What did the head of the «European Solidarity» faction Olena Kiseliova declare?

In the declaration, Olena Kiseliova indicated that she is the owner of a house of 65.3 square meters, three apartments and a plot of land with an area of 820 square meters. Two more plots of land were purchased by the deputy in Pervomaisk district in November 2022.

Her husband, Ihor Kiseliov, owns a house with an area of 172 square meters and nine plots of land. Last year, Ihor Kiselov bought a house in Chernivtsi with an area of 56.3 square meters.

Olena Kiseliova owns an apartment in Mykolaiv jointly with her husband.

The deputy also declared two cars ZAZ 110307 and Renault Duster. Her husband owns two cars, a truck and a mini tractor. In 2023, Ihor Kiseliov bought two cargo vans with a total cost of 65 thousand hryvnias.

Last year, Olena Kiseliova earned 101,400 hryvnias from her main job at M Motors LLC. Another 190 thousand 300 hryvnias of income was received by the deputy from her entrepreneurial activities. She also declared ₴6,000 in compensation payments.

For the year 2023, the woman's husband received 565 thousand 526 hryvnias as a part-time salary at the State Enterprise Nepolokovetskyi KHP, 1400 hryvnias of income from entrepreneurial activity and 44 thousand 400 hryvnias in compensation payments.

Non-factional deputy Artem Iliuk was the head of the banned «OPFL»

The deputy owns an apartment of 177.8 square meters and a parking lot of 14.8 square meters. Elena's wife owns a 162.8 square meter residential building and a 3,715 square meter plot of land.
