Hanna Lychko declared an apartment in Mykolaiv with an area of 68.4 square meters, owned by her and her son. The head of the education department bought this apartment in 2022 for 60 thousand hryvnias.

On the secondary real estate market, the price of an apartment in Mykolaiv with an area of 68 square meters is 45-65 thousand dollars (1.7-2.4 million hryvnias).

And in Mykolaiv new buildings, an apartment with such an area from the developer costs from 29.3 thousand dollars (1.1 million hryvnias).

Since 2018, Hanna Lychko has had a garage with an area of 23.7 square meters, which she bought in 2015 for 8.3 thousand hryvnias.

She also owns a 2012 HYUNDAI ELANTRA. The head of the education department bought it in 2023 for 280,000 hryvnias.

And the head of the Snihurivka city military administration, Ivan Kukhta, declared 14 hectares of land, four cars and $110,000 in cash. In the declaration of the mayor of Novyi Buh, Maksym Lahodienko, 906 thousand hryvnias of salary for the position of mayor in 2023 are indicated. On average, this is 75.5 thousand hryvnias per month. And in the declaration of the mayor of Bashtanka, Oleksandr Berehovyi, most of the real estate and land is recorded in the name of his wife.

The heads of factions of the Mykolaiv City Council made public their savings and property for 2023 in their annual declarations. No significant changes have been observed among the officials, but during this time some of them purchased real estate, transport and received financial assistance.
