The project “Critical Information and Reader Support: Developing NikVesti’s Sustainable Model” aims to strengthen the editorial capacity and financial resilience of the independent local media outlet NikVesti, which serves the communities of Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Odesa regions.
The initiative combines institutional support for the newsroom — funding the production of high-quality, verified, and socially significant content — with the development of a long-term financial sustainability model through the enhancement and promotion of the reader support program “NikVesti Club.”
The project ensures uninterrupted access to critical information for residents of the frontline region, expands audience reach through digital channels, and builds a foundation for the newsroom’s long-term financial independence.
