The House of Fleet Officers (DOF) in Mykolaiv is a historical building constructed in the 19th century as an Officers' Assembly. Located in the city center, this architectural landmark is a cultural and historical monument that played a significant role in the lives of naval officers.

For many years, the DOF was used for cultural, educational, and public events, including military gatherings, concerts, and exhibitions. The DOF is an example of architecture that preserves the maritime history of Mykolaiv.
