Mykolayiv city mayor

Since November 24, 2015, he has been the Mayor of Mykolaiv. Prior to that, he was Director of Quadrologic LLC, Director of Leda PE, Director of Blink Research International LLC. Married, father of two children. His wife is Kateryna Senkevych.

He first ran for office in 2014, but came in 5th place with 4.76% of the vote.

In 2015, he ran for mayor of Mykolaiv from the Samopomich party, defeated the then incumbent mayor Yuriy Hranaturov and went on to win the second round against the Opposition Bloc candidate Ihor Dyatlov. He won the second round with 54.9% of the vote.

In November 2020, he was re-elected mayor of Mykolaiv, defeating the OPZZh candidate Vladyslav Chaika in the second round.
