Illia Yevlash, the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, told about this on the air of the national telethon.
«While we have not yet received help from the USA, the enemy will try to intensify the shelling by various methods, as today with the help of drones. We saw some new tactics. The Russians tried to send one or two Shahed drones in different directions with different frequency in order to make the struggle with him as uncomfortable as possible, noted Illia Yevlash.
As reported, on the night of April 23, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with attack drones and ballistic missiles. Air defense forces and means managed to destroy almost all drones. Four unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed 131/136 type were destroyed on the territory of the Mykolaiv region. During the combat work of the air defense forces, the fragments of the downed drone damaged the commercial infrastructure.
