According to the Prozorro system, the work will cost 4.45 million hryvnias.
The tender was announced on 16 December. The work will be carried out by the company «Mykolaivmiskbud». The tender does not specify any details of the work to be performed by the contractor.
In a commentary to NikVesti, the department noted that the work is being carried out to connect a modular solid fuel boiler house, which should become a backup source of heat supply to the medical facility in the face of military risks and possible accidents on the main networks.
The project was funded by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with the Resolution No. 1233-r dated 13 November 2025 in the amount of 3.47 million hryvnias. Part of the funds has already been used, and the works are underway.
«So far, 204 metres of longitudinal pipes have been laid, 12 metres of punctures have been made under the driveways, and a heat chamber has been installed. The work will be fully completed by the end of 2025,» the department said.
As a reminder, during the annual press conference of the head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Vitaliy Kim for 2025, his deputy denied spending 654 million hryvnias on the construction of networks for backup modular boiler houses. As of now, only 38 million hryvnias has been spent.
This includes the purchase of 18 block-modular boiler houses with a total capacity of over 70 megawatts. This will allow for backup heating in case of damage to the thermal power plant. Earlier, Vitalii Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, said that several boilers had already been delivered to Mykolaiv and were planned to be connected next month.
It was also reported that the project to build the BMK, for which the government has allocated 1.1 billion hryvnias, would not be completed in time for the start of the heating season.
