Radiation shelter to be repaired for ₴23.2 million in Mykolaiv region

Repair of the shelter. Archival photo NikVesti for illustration purposesThe Novo Odesa Vocational College is planning to repair a radiation shelter for UAH 32.2 million.
This is evidenced by data from the ProZorro public procurement system , according to NikVesti.
The cost of the repair will be 32 million 215 thousand hryvnias, which will be financed from the state budget.
Screenshot from ProZorroAccording to the tender documentation, the shelter must be repaired by 31 December 2026. It also provides for the restoration of utilities, ventilation, lighting and equipment necessary for a long stay of people.
Bids are currently being accepted from bidders. The auction will be held on 3 February, where the Department of Urban Planning, Architecture, Capital Construction and Development Project Support of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration will select the winner.
Earlier it was reported that 164 new shelters were built in Mykolaiv region in 2024.
