Swiss benefactors have donated one-room modular houses for Pivdenoukrainsk. Their total cost is 2.2 million hryvnias.

The relevant draft decision was published on the website of the Pivdenoukrainsk City Council, according to NikVesti.

The area of one such modular house is 22.5 square metres, and the cost is 1 million 127 thousand hryvnias.

The city received this assistance from the Association for the Support of Ukrainians Displaced as a Result of the War in Ukraine «Dopomoga Ukrainie». The two modular houses will be transferred to the balance sheet of the utility company «Housing and Maintenance Association» Pivdenoukrainsk and used for the needs of IDPs.

As a reminder, in late October 2024, the construction of modular houses for IDPs began in Pivdenoukrainsk. Later it became known that at least 2 million 150 thousand hryvnias was needed to implement the project to build a modular town in the city.
