This was stated by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim.
«About the evacuation: we are all ready. Always happy for Kherson residents, even for such a reason. Mykolaiv will never abandon Kherson. We have our reserves and are helping», he said.
According to him, Russian troops continue shelling and simulate assault actions, but Ukrainian defenders are effectively countering the attacks.
«I want to thank our guys. Everything is so calm, even those who were very worried there, calmly worked everything out. The occupiers suffered a lot of losses. It turned out just great. That is, there are no emergency situations there. No one even used the reserves there», said Vitalii Kim.
As a reminder, Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups tried to advance towards Kherson on the night of December 20.
