Yesterday evening, October 7, a woman tried to hang a tricolor on the European Square in Odesa. She was stopped by passers-by, and later the woman was taken to the police.

The Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odesa region reported that the woman had already given evidence.

A video appeared in the media in which a woman climbed onto the pedestal where the monument to the «Founders of Odessa» once stood, the central figure of which was the Russian empress Catherine II, and tried to hang the flag of the aggressor country, but the townspeople prevented her.

People shouted, demanding that she stop, and then one of the men snatched the Russian flag from her hands.

One of the women reminded her that a Russian missile had recently killed a person. But in response, she began to argue and assure that it was not Russia that launched the rockets at Odesa, but that a «hybrid war» is now underway.

The policemen arrived at the scene and took the woman to the station, they promised to provide legal qualifications for her actions.

We will remind that on the night of October 8, the Russian army terrorized Odesa region with attack drones for four hours. Fires started as a result of the attacks.
