In Voznesensk, according to court orders, the secretary of the city council and the case manager should be removed from their posts

In the Voznesensk City Council, the draft decisions on the removal of the secretary of the council Viktoriia Baltser and the head of affairs of the executive committee Yana Syniavska were presented to the deputies for consideration. They are suspected of embezzling funds when purchasing goods for the military.

The documents were registered on the website of the City Council on October 25.

It is noted that female employees of the city council should be removed from their duties on the basis of a court order. Their wages will not be retained during their suspension.

It will be recalled that the session of the Voznesensk City Council, which took place on October 13, already brought up the issue of the dismissal of the city council secretary Victoria Baltser due to improper performance of duties. However, the deputies did not support this decision and Victoriia Baltser remained in office.

After that, the court decided to suspend Victoriia Baltser until November 4.

In the case, Viktoriia Baltser is accused of being the organizer of the embezzlement of especially large amounts of property. She was declared suspicious back in September of this year. Voznesensk vice-mayor Andrii Zhukov, who has already been suspended from his post, as well as executive committee affairs manager Yana Syniavska and chief accountant of the executive committee Viktoriia Morozova are on the case together with her.

We will remind that on May 4, the SSU detained the vice-mayor of Voznesensk Andrii Zhukov and two other officials. The deputy mayor is suspected of embezzlement during the purchase of defense products.

On September 18, it became known about the appointment of a new deputy mayor for the activities of the council's executive bodies. Liliia Bondarenko will replace the detained Andrii Zhukov.
