A shelter was set up in a kindergarten in Mykolaiv. Photo: Mykolaiv City CouncilA safe shelter has been completed in a kindergarten in Mykolaiv. The newly created space is designed for 250 pupils and staff.
This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv City Council.
It is noted that the spacious room is equipped with comfortable seating and resting places, a ventilation system, lighting, a sanitary area, a first aid kit, play areas for children, drinking water supplies, and communication facilities.

«We make sure that children and staff have a safe and comfortable shelter in case of danger. This is not only a requirement of the time, but also our shared responsibility for the lives and health of the children», the mayor's office reported.
As a reminder, repairs to a kindergarten shelter have been completed in the Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv.
