Zelenskyy replaced the deputy secretary of the National Security Council

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Oleksii Soloviov, Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

The relevant decree No. 228/2024 of April 15 was published on the President's website.

According to document No. 229/2024, the President appointed Andrii Kononenko to the post of Deputy Secretary of the National Security Council.

Since 2014, Oleksii Soloviov worked as an associate professor of the Department of Pharmacy Organization and Economics at the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. By the decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 25, 2020, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

We will remind that on March 30, Volodymyr Zelenskyy fired four freelance advisers and two more authorized employees.

Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi was appointed the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces.
