This was announced by the political director of the Prime Minister of Hungary, Balazs Orban, in an interview with the Hungarian pro-government newspaper Magyar Nemzet.

«There are two belligerents, Ukraine and Russia, and three or four large or medium powers that can play a decisive role as mediators.
