Uzhhorod will transfer a bus to Mykolaiv for use in the city’s public transport system. It is planned to be transferred to the balance sheet of the municipal enterprise «Mykolaivpastrans».
The relevant decision was adopted on 27 May by the executive committee of Mykolaiv City Council, according to NikVesti.
The bus in question is a 2005 MERCEDES-BENZ O 530 G CITARO. It is a large low-floor bendy bus, typically used on routes with high passenger volumes.
It is one of the most common public transport models in European cities. The bus is almost 18 metres long and can carry over 140 passengers depending on the configuration.
The draft decision states that the bus is in satisfactory technical condition. Its book value is over 205,000 hryvnias.
As a reminder, the municipal enterprise «Mykolaivpastrans» has introduced 10 new ISUZU buses onto city routes, which Mykolaiv received last year. At the same time, from this summer the city will begin receiving a further 16 buses — the vehicles will arrive in batches each month.
