This was reported in the press service of DTEK (Donbas fuel and energy company).
It is noted that the power workers were promptly given first aid and taken to the hospital.
«The equipment of the thermal power plant was also seriously damaged. We are currently eliminating the consequences of the attack,» the company said.
Since the beginning of this heating season, the DTEK thermal power plants have been fired upon by the enemy about 40 times.
We will remind you that the previous attack on DTEK happened on February 16. Russian troops hit the thermal power plant on the frontline territory and damaged the equipment.
The company also reminded that before that, they were shelled on the night of February 13. Then, as a result of shelling , the station stopped producing electricity.
