Fragments of the rocket fell on a high-rise building in Kyiv

In the Obolonsky district of Kyiv, debris was recorded as a result of a Russian missile attack. A multi-story building was damaged.

This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration.

«As a result of the missile strike, debris was recorded in the Obolon district of Kyiv. According to preliminary data, there is damage to a multi-story residential building,» KMVA reported.

The units of the State Emergency Service are working on the spot. In turn, the Mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klychko added that in the Obolon district of the capital, debris fell on a residential building. There was a fire on the 8th and 9th floors.

«At the moment, there are no appeals from the victims of the house on Obolon, which was hit by debris. Medics are on duty on the spot,» Vitalii Klitschko said later.

Subsequently, the mayor of Kyiv informed about two injured women, who are being treated by medics on the spot. They have an acute reaction to stress.

«In a 14-story building, the balconies on two floors are partially destroyed. There is also a threat of the destruction of the balcony on one of the floors. The fire in the house is contained. Rescuers continue to check the apartments,» wrote Vitalii Klitschko.
