In the Mykolaiv district, 3,630 people visited the points of invincibility in January.

This was announced today, 4 February, during a press briefing by the head of the Mykolaiv district military administration, Maksym Kashuba, according to NikVesti.

According to him, there are 108 points of invincibility operating in the Mykolaiv district, 25 of which are in Mykolaiv.

«First of all, about the points of invincibility. There are 108 such points operating in the district: 83 of them are in rural areas and 25 are in Mykolaiv. Two points operate around the clock: one in Mykolaiv and the other in Kobleve, where it also serves as a warming centre. The rest operate from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The resilience centres are located in all communities in the district and meet all basic requirements. They are all equipped with generators, 123 in total: 27 diesel and 96 petrol, and have the necessary supplies of fuel and lubricants,» said Maksym Kashuba.

He added that in 2025, 2,274 people used the resilience centres, and in January 2026, the number had already reached 3,630.

«The district points of invincibility are equipped with almost everything necessary: first aid kits, supplies of technical and drinking water, heating and mobile communications. Fourteen centres have basements, and seven have bomb shelters. In 2025, 2,274 people used them, and in January 2026, 3,630 people. This indicates demand among the population; people usually go to the centres on the second day after a blackout. There are isolated cases of dissatisfaction, but we are monitoring them and keeping statistics on citizens' appeals. Overall, the centres are working well,» Maksym Kashuba concluded.

As a reminder, the points of invincibility in Mykolaiv operate from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following addresses:
