As a result of a Russian strike, a woman was killed, and three more people, including children, were injured in the Kherson region

In the Kherson region, as a result of enemy shelling of Zelenivka, a 40-year-old woman died, three more people, including two children, were injured of varying degrees of severity.

Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, announced this.

«It became known about the death and three more injured due to an enemy attack on Zelenivka. Rescuers unblocked the body of a dead 40-year-old woman from under the rubble. She received injuries incompatible with life. Sincere condolences to the relatives of the murdered woman,» said Oleksandr Prokudin.

In addition, two more children — a 10-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl — were injured as a result of the shelling.

«The children were diagnosed with explosive injuries, shrapnel wounds and a fracture. They were hospitalized. A 67-year-old woman was also injured. She has explosive and craniocerebral injuries, as well as a fractured tibia,» Oleksandr Prokudin added.

We will remind you that during the past day, Russian troops carried out shelling and airstrikes on populated areas of the Kherson region. Beryslav, Mykilske, Tomyna Balka, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Tiahynka, Tomaryne, Kachkarivka, Bilozerka, Havrylivka, Komyshany, Antonivka, Prydniprovske and Lvove came under shelling and airstrikes.
