This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
«Unfortunately, there are casualties. My condolences to all relatives and friends. There are dozens of injured people — all of them are being provided with the necessary assistance,» the message reads.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy also reported significant damage in the energy sector, but emphasized that repair work is already underway, and electricity will be returned to residents.
«Putin is not lying to himself: he is a sick creature — everyone has understood it for a long time. But it is also clear: he can only do what the world allows him to do. Weakness, inadequacy of decisions in response feeds terror,» he said.
