Soldiers on the front line are waiting for the EU's decision, and Ukraine hopes that as many artillery shells as possible will reach our country as soon as possible.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, stated this at a press conference with his Portuguese colleague Joao Gomes Cravinho, who is visiting Ukraine.

«We discussed the ways in which the European Union can increase the supply of artillery shells to Ukraine in the required quantity. There is a concrete understanding of what and how to do. We welcome the active position of the European Union in the search for these solutions and sincerely hope that they will be successful. I can immediately say that the Ukrainian soldiers on the front lines are waiting for this decision and will be grateful to every European country that will help to ensure that as many artillery shells as possible reach Ukraine in the shortest possible time,» Dmytro Kuleba emphasized.

The US Army aims to double the production of key munitions used in Ukraine by October 2024, as Doug Bush, the head of the Army's procurement department, said earlier.

We will remind you that France has promised to supply Ukraine with 3,000 projectiles each month starting in January of this year.
