Almost ₴112 thousand: how much did Mykolaiv RMA officials earn in October?

In October 2025, the average salary of officials of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration was almost 44 thousand hryvnias. At the same time, the average income of the management reached almost 112,000 hryvnias.

This is evidenced by the data from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine's dashboard, according to NikVesti.

The highest average earnings in October were recorded in Kharkiv region — 58.8 thousand hryvnias, which is the first place in the all-Ukrainian ranking. The second place was taken by Kherson region with an average salary of 56,000 hryvnias, and the third place was taken by Donetsk region with an average salary of 53,000 hryvnias.

Mykolaiv region, with an average salary of almost 43.9 thousand hryvnias, was ranked sixth in the ranking. Odesa region took the 12th position with 33.9 thousand hryvnias. Sumy region and Rivne region are at the bottom of the list with over 29 thousand hryvnias.

In October, 449 employees of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration received salaries. The highest salaries were paid to managers, who received almost ₴112 thousand. Heads of structural units earned about ₴63 thousand on average. Employees of the patronage service received more than ₴43 thousand, and professional level specialists — more than ₴37 thousand. The lowest level of remuneration was among workers, with an average of ₴10,600.

In October, 394 employees were paid in district state administrations in Mykolaiv region, and the overall average salary was over ₴28,000.

The highest salaries in the DSAs were paid to the heads of departments — almost ₴94 thousand. Heads of structural units earned an average of over ₴36,000, and professional specialists — over ₴21,000. The lowest salaries, similar to those of the RMAs, were paid to workers — an average of ₴8.6 thousand.

It should be noted that in June of this year, the average salary in Mykolaiv RMA remained almost unchanged — over 43 thousand hryvnias, but then the average salary of the management was higher and exceeded 131 thousand hryvnias.
