In January-April this year, Ukraine imported goods worth $24.8 billion and exported goods worth $13.3 billion. The total trade turnover was over $38 billion.
This was reported by the press service of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
Ukraine imported the most goods from China — $5.2 billion, Poland — $2.3 billion and Germany — $2.1 billion.
At the same time, it exported the most to Poland — $1.6 billion, Turkey — $932 million, and Italy — $843 million.

Imports were mainly made up of machinery, equipment and transport — more than $9 billion (67% of total imports), chemical products — $4.2 billion, and fuel and energy products — $3.3 billion.
The largest exports from Ukraine were food products — worth $7.6 billion, metals and metal products — $1.5 billion, and machinery, equipment and transport — $1.2 billion.
As a reminder, agricultural exports in Mykolaiv region have decreased, while imports of machinery are breaking records.
