Redistribution of the budget of Mykolaiv: deputies propose to increase expenses for the purchase of apartments for the military by another ₴24 million

The draft decision envisages an increase in the income of the Mykolaiv community for 2023 by a total of 390 million 757 thousand hryvnias. From them, the state budget allocates a subvention in the amount of 389 million 181 thousand hryvnias for the restoration of critical infrastructure facilities within the framework of the joint project with the EBRD «Urban Infrastructure Development Project 2».

According to the director of the finance department of the Mykolaiv City Council, Vira Sviatelyk, the funds from the state subvention transit through the city budget for three CPs «Mykolaivvodokanal», «Mykolaivvoblteplo» and «Mykolaivcommuntrans».

— This is a subvention that goes to clearly prescribed expenses. There is a list of equipment that enterprises have been coordinating with state structures for more than six months. Deputies are also invited to vote for the redistribution of budget funds between managers.

• communal property management — increased by 278 thousand hryvnias;
• DNAP — decrease by 990 thousand hryvnias;
• the Department of Finance — a decrease of 13 million;
• the Department of Internal Financial Control — a decrease of 348,000 hryvnias;
• administration of Korabelnyi district — internal redistribution of 4 million 562 thousand;
• administration of the Inhulskyi district — increased by 2 million 150 thousand;
• administration of the Tsentralnyi District — increased by 10 million 550 thousand.

We will remind that in September the deputies of the Mykolaiv City Council redistributed 228 million hryvnias from the city budget.
