The Association of Independent Regional Publishers of Ukraine (AIRPU) is a union of independent regional media in Ukraine, promoting the development of a free press, protecting journalists' rights, and supporting high professional standards in the media sector. The Association provides its members with advisory, legal, and technical support, helps ensure financial sustainability, and facilitates the exchange of experience among regional newsrooms. AIRPU actively works to ensure access to reliable local information and to protect freedom of speech in Ukraine.
