Evacuation

Evacuation refers to the organized removal of people, animals, and material assets from areas where there is a threat to life or health, or from territories under the threat of enemy attack or natural disaster. In Ukraine, evacuation holds particular significance in the context of military actions and the occupation of certain territories. Specifically, evacuation of civilians from temporarily occupied territories and frontline zones is conducted to ensure their safety. Evacuation is also carried out during natural disasters, technological accidents, and other emergencies. An important aspect is providing social guarantees for evacuees, including temporary housing, food, and medical assistance.
