Publicly glorified Russia during the occupation of Mykolaiv Oblast: a local resident was informed of the suspicion

Local resident of Snihurivka reported in absentia about the suspicion of publicly praising the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine during the temporary occupation of the Mykolaiv region.

As reported in the Bashtanka district prosecutor's office of the Mykolaiv region, a 67-year-old woman in an interview with a representative of the aggressor country expressed support for the actions of the Russian army on the territory of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, a video with her appeals was made public in the Telegram of a representative of the occupation administration of the Russian Federation in Snihurivka.

It is noted that the woman is currently hiding on the territory of one of the European countries. She faces up to three years in prison.

Note: in accordance with Part 1 of Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subject to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.

We will remind you that a resident of Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv Oblast, is suspected of justifying and praising the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in the Russian social network Odnoklassniki. She faces from three to eight years in prison.
