Border guards detained evaders who tried to enter Moldova / Photo: State Border ServiceBorder guards detained two men who, according to the Telegram channel administrator's instructions, tried to illegally cross the border with Moldova by paying $3,200 for it.
This was reported by the State Border Service here.
«Two men tried to illegally enter a neighboring country, believing the Telegram channel administrator who claimed to be able to help them remotely with the crossing. However, they wasted $3,200, as they were intercepted by border guards on their way to Moldova,» the report said.
As noted, administrative protocols were drawn up for the detainees, and their further fate will be determined by the court.
Recall that at the border with Hungary, border guards detained a 26-year-old man suspected of forging documents. He pretended to be a father of three Lithuanian children.
In 2023, law enforcement agencies in Mykolaiv Oblast sent 5 criminal cases to court against 14 individuals who helped evaders leave Ukraine.
