In Kobleve, local residents are most dissatisfied with the condition of the embankments and beaches, as well as the state of the sports infrastructure. However, they are satisfied with the environment and road safety.

This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted as part of the development of a strategy for the Kobleve community.

As part of the assessment, residents evaluated the quality of life, the state of infrastructure, and the availability of services in the community. The highest ratings were given to basic aspects of life, while the lowest were given to specific infrastructure issues, which were identified as priorities for improvement.

The highest ratings were given to the ecological condition of the community, as well as the condition and number of playgrounds and open spaces. The average rating was recorded for the condition and number of green areas, parks and squares.

Residents gave the lowest ratings to the state of sports infrastructure, the number of spaces for sports activities, and the state of embankments and beaches. These areas were identified as problematic and in need of priority attention and investment.

In general, in terms of quality of life in the community, residents gave the highest ratings to road safety. At the same time, lower levels of satisfaction were recorded in relation to employment opportunities, rehabilitation and recovery (physical and psychological), satisfaction of cultural needs, and the development of tourism infrastructure.

In terms of mobility, residents gave relatively positive ratings to the state of public transport and the ability to travel within the community. Accessibility and convenience of travel for people of different ages and physical abilities received average ratings.

At the same time, the lowest ratings were given to the quality of road surfaces, the condition of pavements, and the ability to travel by public transport within individual settlements, which remains one of the most problematic issues.

The results of the public survey will form the basis for setting priorities in the Kobleve territorial community development strategy and will help to focus attention on the areas that are most important for improving the quality of life of residents.

Data collection took place from 25 August to 15 September 2025. A total of 244 people took part in the survey, of which 230 responses were included in the final analysis. The participants included both community residents and representatives of local businesses, enterprises, and institutions. Suggestions were collected both online and directly at municipal institutions.

Earlier it was reported that the construction of a waste sorting and processing complex in the Kobleve community, which the Polish company Centrum Wspierania Obrotu Energia promised to implement in 2023, has not yet begun.

In addition, there are plans to build a wind farm near the village of Tuzly in the Kobleve community. The total estimated cost of the project is 916 million hryvnias.
