The relevant project is published on the website of the state DREAM system.

The search for investors is currently underway, Volodymyr Panych, chairman of the Kobleve village council, told NikVesti. This issue is being discussed with representatives of Denmark and Sweden.

«Now this issue is still at the stage of finding investors. To date, we have already talked to the Danes, and they are interested in this issue. We also talked to the Swedes. We are looking for contacts with them,» explained Volodymyr Panych.

The wind farm with a capacity of up to 30 MW is planned to be located on the land plots of forest belts that are in communal ownership. A total of 10 land plots are planned to be allocated for construction.

«We are just starting this process. We are just starting to form land plots and develop project documentation for them,» added Volodymyr Panych.

Among the project's objectives, it is stated that the construction of the wind farm will increase revenues to budgets of all levels, create new jobs for residents of the Kobleve community, improve the investment, business and economic image of the community, and raise social standards of living, etc.

Volodymyr Panych added that the community also expects to receive a percentage of the electricity produced for the needs of local hospitals, kindergartens, schools, etc.

«Our plan is to get a part of the electricity for the needs of the community. For hospitals, schools, to cover the costs of water production and sewage, for our utilities,» he said.

Earlier it was reported that Denmark would allocate 400 million euros for the construction of the Tylihul wind farm in Mykolaiv region.

What other projects is Denmark interested in?

The Kingdom of Denmark is also considering the possibility of using the territory of the state-owned enterprise «Mykolaiv Shipyard» (formerly the 61 Communards plant, — note) as a public space.

Now the local authorities and the Danish side are working on a vision for the implementation of this idea and the preparation of relevant documents, Vitalii Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, told NikVesti.

In the NikVesti article «A chance for reconstruction: Why Mykolaiv began work on the master plan in the midst of the war» we talked about how the Mykolaiv Shipyard, in particular its northern part near the Temvod neighbourhood, could become an attractive area for designing an industrial park with access to water. However, as it is part of the city centre, it may be more likely to be a light industry, such as the construction and maintenance of boats and yachts.

In 2019, during the public hearings of the updated master plan for the city of Mykolaiv, it was also mentioned that it envisages a technology park with a research centre and campus on the site of the Mykolaiv Shipyard.

It is worth noting that due to regular shelling of the buildings of the State Enterprise «Mykolaiv Shipyard», environmental damage in 2023 amount ed to over 957 million hryvnias.

At the same time, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitalii Kim, stated that one of his strategic objectives was to revive shipbuilding in the Mykolaiv region. And despite the current realities, Vitalii Kim recently stated that the city retains its potential in shipbuilding, but in a different format and with smaller capacities.
