Due to the war, 63 tourist facilities were destroyed on the territory of the Kobleve village community. Among them are 8 catering establishments: restaurants, cafes, canteens and snack bars.

This data was provided by the village council in response to a request from NikVesti.

Due to the full-scale war, the community lost the main source of local budget revenues — taxes and fees from the tourism business. However, there is no state support for such territories. Only those communities that are included in the official list of those affected by hostilities or temporary occupation receive assistance. The Koblivka community is not on this list.

As of 28 April 2025, 7361 permanent residents and 1255 internally displaced persons were registered in the Kobleve community.

Despite this, in 2023, the community received a subsidy from the state budget in the amount of 10.1 million hryvnias to fulfil the powers of local authorities. In 2024, the community received another 92.2 million hryvnias, which was used to equip a shelter in the Rybakivka secondary school.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Kobleve community has lost 123.2 million hryvnias in revenue due to the ban on access to sea beaches and the shutdown of the tourism business.

It should be reminded that Kobleve in Mykolaiv region was supposed to open some of its beaches by the summer of 2025. Entrepreneurs insisted on resuming the tourist season following the example of Odesa. Despite numerous requests from businesses and the expectations of local residents, the regional authorities were forced to admit that it was impossible to open the beaches this year.

As Mykola Marinov, deputy head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration for Tourism, explained, the situation on the sea coast remains dangerous. Due to dense mining and military risks, even the farthest stretches of coastline from the occupied Kinburn Spit cannot be secured.
