Ukraine will form a list of facilities to be protected from Russian attacks

Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Screenshot from the videoPresident Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that one order from the Russian president not to strike at the energy sector is not enough. Ukraine will prepare a list of energy, infrastructure and civilian targets that Russia should stop striking.
He said this at a joint press conference with Finnish President Alexander Stubb in Helsinki.
According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, after Vladimir Putin's assurances that Russia would not strike Ukraine's energy sector, Russian troops launched 145 attack drones, 4 S-300 missiles, 2 Iskander ballistic missiles. The strikes targeted railway infrastructure, agricultural enterprises, houses, etc.
The President of Ukraine added that if there are certain agreements on a ceasefire, Ukraine will prepare a list of objects. And if, according to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Russia stops attacking these facilities, Ukraine will also not attack the Russian energy sector. He also said that «the US should become the subject of control» of these agreements.
«If we have such an agreement, there will be a list of objects. We have it — a list of civilian, energy, and infrastructure facilities. We will also prepare this list and give it to our partners, and if the Russians do not hit our facilities, we will not hit their facilities,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
As a reminder, President Zelenskyy expects that the issue of territories will be raised during the negotiations with Russia, but Ukraine will not recognise the occupied lands as Russian.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy also said that on Wednesday, 19 March, he would have a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump.
