Newly elected US President Donald Trump said that Ukraine lost 400,000 servicemen in a full-scale war with Russia.

He wrote about this on his page in Truth Social.

He reported that Ukraine allegedly «senselessly lost 400,000 soldiers», and he called the civilian casualties even greater. Therefore, Donald Trump continued, it is necessary to immediately cease fire and start negotiations.

«It is necessary to immediately cease fire and start negotiations. Too many lives have been senselessly lost, too many families have been destroyed, and if this continues, it could turn into something much bigger and much worse. I know Volodymyr (Putin, note) well. It was his time to act. China can help. The world is waiting!» wrote Donald Trump.

He also stated that Russia and Iran are now very weakened — «one because of Ukraine and the bad economy, the other because of Israel and its military successes.»

It will be recalled that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with the President of France Emmanuel Macron and the newly elected President of the United States Donald Trump in Paris.

The United States also allocated another package of military aid for Ukraine worth 988 million dollars. It will contain additional equipment, missiles and drones.
