From now on, the Mykolaiv company Nibulon will employ not only veterans who were mobilized to the ranks of the Armed Forces from the company, but will also involve all citizens returning from military service.

This is stated in the company's message on Facebook.

«We are creating a simplified mechanism and involving specialized organizations, such as the Kurs Platform, in order to ensure a quick and supportive reintegration of veterans into civilian life. Now that, together with Veteran Hub, we have acquired the necessary organizational skills, we can expand the boundaries of reintegration and attract specialists with military experience from the market, which Nibulon is interested in as an employer,» commented HR Director Yana Romanenko.

The company noted that the platform provides an opportunity for veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war to learn a specific specialty online.

«After training on the platform, a veteran is invited to an interview by a future employer. Thus, the project removes the stress of finding a new job,» the company concluded.

We will remind that as of October 2024, the company Nibulon has demined 5.5 thousand hectares of fields in the Mykolaiv region by its own forces. These are 5.5 thousand hectares in Snihurivka, Shyroke, Novopavlivka and Novopetrivka territorial communities.
