Invisible shield: National Guardsmen protect the Mykolaiv region from enemy drones and missiles

This was reported by the press service of the 19th Mykolaiv Public Order Regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine.
«These soldiers are an invisible shield protecting the peaceful sky of Ukraine. To strengthen the air defense system, more than 500 mobile and stationary fire groups are on combat duty, continuously destroying enemy air targets,» the fighters said.
Crews have only a few seconds to make decisions when the enemy tries to surprise peaceful towns and villages.
«We understand that every step we take is the safety of thousands of people. We are always ready, for us it is more than a job, it is a responsibility for the life of every citizen,» said one of the fighters with the pseudonym «Ramses».
The fighters also add that they go to combat positions even before the sirens sound in order to repel enemy attacks.
