Buzkyi Hard National Nature Park. Photo by nikcenterThe state managed to return the lands of the National Nature Park Buzkyi Hard in the amount of almost 148 million hryvnias. The Pervomaiskyi City District Court satisfied the claim for the return of 14 hectares of nature reserve fund land to the state.
The Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this.
The prosecutor's office found out that the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in the Mykolaiv region illegally transferred land plots of the natural park, each with an area of 2 hectares, to seven citizens for personal farming. Later, these people sold the received plots.
As a result of these actions, the lands of the nature reserve fund belonging to the state ended up in private hands under the guise of agricultural lands. The court decided to return these lands to the state.
It will be recalled that the prosecutor's office demands the return to state ownership of the lands of the state forest fund located within the Black Sea beach zone. This territory was taken over by the Kobleve village council.
