In Kharkiv, they plan to create underground resuscitation and operating departments.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov told about this on the air of the telethon.
According to him, the city council is currently working on this issue together with the Ministry of Health. Underground departments should appear on the basis of a number of medical institutions.
In addition, the city will increase the network of underground cultural institutions. Terekhov explained that from Kharkiv residents «there is a request for performances, for live communication in a safe space.»
We will remind you that earlier in Kharkiv, a project on the construction of an underground school was implemented. The building is built according to the highest safety standards, has 20 classrooms and is designed to accommodate 900 students in two shifts. In general, distance, offline and mixed forms of education operate in the city.
