Specialists of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and activists of the «BO Team» group carried out a number of cyber attacks on Russian facilities.

This was reported to the MDI.

Not only Russian state, but also private structures that pay taxes and finance the war against Ukraine came under attack.

During the week from March 11 to 18, 2024:

• the resources of PJSC «Rostelek» were attacked — the communication equipment of the Transbaikal and Krasnoyarsk regions of the Russian Federation was disabled;
• access to the electronic document management system of the «government of the Belgorod region» was obtained, fake mailings were sent to 12 thousand local officials;
• the communication equipment of «Belznak» LLC was attacked and disabled;
• the information resources of the municipal budgetary institution of the Starooskol city industrial association of the communal economy were attacked and destroyed;
• the infrastructure of JSC «Tommoloko» was attacked and destroyed;
• captured and destroyed the server infrastructure along with the backup copies of the hosting provider «1Gb. ru» and the tens of thousands of websites it served;
• more than 40 Mikrotik network devices in the control center of urban electric transport in Novosibirsk were disabled.

Damages inflicted on the enemy can be calculated in hundreds of thousands of dollars, it was noted in the intelligence.

We will remind you that recently Ukrainian hackers from the group «BO Team» destroyed the database of the Far Eastern scientific research center of space hydrometeorology «Planet».

Also, the cyber specialists of the Main Directorate of Intelligence carried out a successful operation against the Russian invaders: the Russians complain of a massive failure of the drone control program.

In addition, as a result of a DDoS attack, cyber specialists of the Main Directorate of Intelligence gained access to the servers of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
