Volodymyr Zelenskyy, photo: OPPresident of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron and newly elected US President Donald Trump in Paris.
As Zelenskyy wrote in his Telegram channel, they talked about the situation on the battlefield and a just peace for Ukraine.
«A good, productive meeting with President Trump and President Macron. They talked about our people, the situation on the battlefield and a just peace for Ukraine. We all want to end this war as quickly and fairly as possible. They agreed to continue working. Peace is possible through strength,» the message reads.
In addition, Zelenskyy held a number of meetings with several state leaders, in particular with the President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili and the Federal Chancellor of Austria Karl Neghammer.
As you know, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Paris this afternoon. In the evening, the leaders of states and governments of about 40 countries of the world took part in the ceremony of restoration of the Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris, after a five-year break due to a fire.
